Lori DeCarlo

Lori DeCarlo is a member of the National Training Team for the University of San Diego, Center for Restorative Justice, where she trains K-12 educational leaders to acquire both the “heart set” and “skill set” needed to create school cultures that are restorative and healing. As the former Superintendent at Randolph Academy UFSD, Ms. DeCarlo possesses nearly two decades of experience as a school administrator. Under Ms. DeCarlo's leadership, the Randolph Academy has implemented a multi-tiered system of restorative practices to resolve conflict and repair harm and worked with the Academy's Board of Education to ensure that Restorative Practices are embedded into policy and the District's Code of Conduct. The former “Woman of Influence” by Buffalo Business First also served as Co-Chair for the Western New York Regional Youth Justice Team, and was a Board Member for the Justice Center for Children and Families in Olean, NY.
