The Model Teams Approach uses a gradual release of responsibility framework to build expertise with five foundational protocols. Model Impact Teams become models of success for other teams in their school and system. Our implementation framework is an execution-as-learning process. Our goal is to empower teacher teams to drive their own professional learning using collaborative inquiry as a vehicle to expand student ownership and agency.
